The delivery of the machinery to site only signifies another step in the supply procedure. Whilst most machinery is installed with relative ease, a ClippaNet engineer will carry out the installation and commission the machinery, ensuring that the individual items operate in conjunction with each other to achieve the quoted packing rates. Safe operation of the machinery is paramount and operator training is a key part of the commissioning process. ClippaNet’s commissioning engineer will demonstrate the correct and safe use of the machine to a nominated person or persons and, where appropriate, service and maintenance training is provided for the customer’s in-house engineering staff.
